California, Fielding Graduate University is the
leading provider of knowledge, new practices,

fields of psychology, organizational
development, and educational leadership. The
School of Human and Organizational
Development at Fielding offers Integral Studies

Integral Institute
The Integral Institute is rooted in the work of
philosopher Ken Wilber, generally regarded as
the world’s most influential Integral thinker.
In the late 1990s, Wilber was approached by
philanthropists who recognized the Integral
framework’s potential to transform people and
institutions. In the following years, the Institute
built the structure, community and vehicles for
incubating formal Integral study: book, video
and audio publishing; accredited education;
scholar advisors; and programs that reached
out to teachers and learners alike.
By providing research, education and events
that foster intentional, behavioral, cultural and
social self-awareness, the Institute helps global
leaders from all arenas to improve the human
condition. The Institute’s vision is that
humanity lives with the awareness necessary to
compassionately integrate the fragmented and
partial perspectives of differing pursuits of the
good life.
Among the primary goals of the Institute are
research and cultivation of leadership of
complex, global issues facing humanity in the
21st century, and in particular, those issues
that can only be solved with a comprehensive,
Integral and non-partial approach to the
complex interdependencies that tend to
characterize these issues.

Professional Education
Integral Business Academy Program
The Integral Business Academy is a training
program in the 10 modules of the IBP Body of
Knowledge.
IBP (Integral Business Practice) is a
standardized set of business practices extracted
from studying top performing individuals and
organizations worldwide. It gives students the
unsurpassed knowledge necessary to excel in
business - a foundation for developing
throughout their whole career.
Whether you are a beginner in business or a
business leader, IBP will be exceptionally useful
to you not only in your career, but definitely in
all aspects of your life. Although this might
seem as an exaggerated claim, it is not. Rather,
it is a claim on which almost all of the IBP
students agree.
Training programs like IBP were started as early
as the 1980-ies by thought leades such as Peter
Russell and Roger Evans in the organizations
around the world. Russel-Evans’ original
program "The Creative Manager" enthused
some of the most famous leaders of the time,
such as Sir John Harvey-Jones (chairman of
Imperial Chemical Industries, carrier of the
Most Excellent Order of the British Empire),
Dame Anita Roddick (founder of The Body Shop
and 9th most wealthiest woman in the world),
John Schulley (president of PepsiCo and CEO of
Apple) or Charles Handy, Ph.D. (professor at
the famous London Business School).
Elements of the IBP program are regularly
delivered in Fortune 500 corporations (e.g.
American Express, Accenture, Estee Lauder,
General Electric, Hyatt, Hilton, Merrill Lynch,
Microsoft, Pfizer...). Companies such as
MarcumSmith (authors of the bestseller
"Egonomics" published in 50 countries) or LGE
Performance Systems (authors of the bestseller
"Corporate athlete" and "On Form") use some
of this knowledge to raise efficiency of
corporate teams by as much as 50 percent!
The official IBP education program is delivered through the Integral Business Academy - professional
education committed to training the future Practitioners, Developers, Leaders and Masters by
upholding the highest IBP standards.
Integral Business Academy programs are delivered exclusively by Aspiria Faculty Members -
experienced certified trainers using the professional courseware designed in accordance with the IBP
Body of Knowledge and IBP andragogical guidelines.
Integral Business Academy program is designed as a professional education, with the focus on
practical knowledge, skills, tools and techniques useful to people in all levels of organizations and all
career stages - from business novices to business leaders.
For all those striving to learn about the integral approach to business, academic education is also
available from two renowned universities: John F. Kennedy University and Fielding University.
IBP Education
Your experience
The program is designed for everyone involved
in the business world - from students,
beginners in business as well as for business
leaders. It offers leading edge business
development knowledge, skills, tools and

schools, universities or even MBA programs.
While MBA delivers knowledge about
administering a business system, IBP delivers
knowledge about excelling in any part of the
business you find yourself and becoming a top
performer.
If you would like to find out more about how
IBP compares to other education systems,
please take a look at “The IBP Development
